How to have over a 1,000 calories for breakfast and feel great!! Before taking your morning walk or beginning your exercise routine try the following:
Before Exercise Routine:
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
Slice organic fruit and eat.
After Exercise Routine:
- 1 mango
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
Blend all organic ingredients together and drink.
