Blueberry-Flax Smoothie Recipe
- 2 Tbls. flax seed (brown or golden)
- ½ frozen banana, the riper the better
- ½ c. frozen blueberries
- Other fruits (optional)
- 1 c. organic nutmilk
- Place flax seeds in blender, spice grinder, coffee grinder or food processor and grind into meal.
- Blend ground flax seeds, frozen fruit and nutmilk in blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately
