Eating garlic regularly is not only good for us; it has been linked to reversing cancer and infections. The NIH National Cancer Institute says “Several population studies show an association between increased intake of garlic and reduced risk of certain cancers, including breast cancer”. We all should be consuming garlic in our meals. It’s extremely cost-effective, super easy to grow and tastes absolutely fantastic!
