Instructions
- Begin in seated pose with legs out wide apart in a V with flex feet – toes
extended up 90 degrees. - INHALE, lengthen spine.
- EXHALE, draw right arm up skyward with left arm behind left leg.
- INHALE, lower arm down.
- EXHALE, draw left arm up skyward with right arm behind leg.
- INHALE, lower arm down.
- Continue to flow back and forth slowly balancing the flow of movement
with your breath.

This pose is great for opening up blood vessels and improve lymph node circulation. Recovering from breast cancer is easy with this: as long as you keep your circulation going, keep the body healthy, and cleanse your body through healthy yoga and diet, your road to recovery will be a less-tedious road to travel.
