I was diagnosed with breast cancer March 26 and had a double mastectomy April 25. I just finished my chemo treatments yesterday (woot woot) and have been recovering through yoga, touching my mat as often as possible. I am a Hatha and vinyasa flow teacher but would like to specialize in helping cancer patients and survivors. I think it is my calling as to why I was gifted this life experience. Your book would be a wonderful gift to share with this speciality group of women and men! Thanks for considering me!

Hi Diana:
I have been reading your blog and enjoying it. I am a nine year BRCA2 and bread cancer survivor and yoga teacher. I was trained by Y4C and look forward to including some of your restorative poses in my privates with women recuperating. I recently changed my diet to eliminate dairy, all meat and gluten.
You are an inspiration. Thank you for what you are doing!

Stephanie,
Thanks for all you kind and supportive words. Love it. Believe it or not we will be doing flash cards too. This way teachers or students can have something to create their own class and have everything right there as to going through a book and ear marking. That is what inspired me. But the book is amazing. Three years to get it “just right.”
