Instructions
- Begin on back, and roll onto right side, head needs to rest on support that makes it level, then extend right arm straight out away from body.
- Left arm can rest on left hip or be placed on a bolster/blankets at shoulder level.
- Bend both knees and place bolster, pillow or folded blankets in between legs make sure feet are resting on prop or blanket too.
- Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath, feel the breath rise to the upper rib cage.
- Stay in pose up to 5 minutes or longer if desired.
- When ready to release, remove prop from legs and roll back onto your back.
- Take another breath or two and then roll onto your left side and repeat.
