My pain is going away. Slowly.
One month ago – on the scale 1:10 – It was 11… 🙂 … Now 6,7. Without painkillers! I can’t run or dance yet, but I can live with that.
Now I have to keep doing what I’m doing lately so the “thing” never comes back.
I’m not out of the woods yet, but it is a progress. I can feel it in my bones. 🙂 !
So now I can eat and drink stuff like: tofu, garlic, all bran, almonds, lemons, kale, tomato, avocado, celery, blueberry, grapes, strawberry, pineapple, papaya, broccoli, cabbage, beet, pear, cherry, cilantro, red pepper, carrots, green tea, parsley, olives, pumpernickel, salmon, flax seed, cucumber, cannabis oil, watermelon, sunflower seeds, coconut oil, alfalfa, and clean water.
