Blueberry Cardamom Smoothie


  • 1 banana (frozen is best)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1-1 1/2 cups liquid – use nut milk, coconut water, or water

Blend and enjoy! Makes 1 large or 2 smaller servings.
