Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom..

It’s Spring and It is Wonderful – no matter what!

I can’t believe I am already writing my second editorial note on the breast cancer yoga authority blog. What a wonderful group of contributors. We have all ballyhooed the praises of good health and received some great responses from so many readers. Well, we are ready to do it again and with some new contributors.

Yogini Kaliji is going to write on her own “Kaliji’s Path of Knowledge.” One of the many special things that Kaliji is most famous for is her jnana (or knowledge). Amazing would be an understatement.  Always clear, inspiring and true.

I want to give special thanks to my dear friend Jane Roel who shares in the many adventures with me. We went up to visit Margaret Roach from A Way To Garden. Oh how I love what she does with her magical gardens. Hopefully when things slow done she will share some of her secret gardening tips. I know it isn’t a great picture but it is the only picture I have that proves Jane and I met Margaret.

We have our own  amazing Garden Coach extraordinaire, Regina.  She is our Martha Stewart of gardening inspirations. Offering tips that are exceptional to get you going with your own garden.  I know – I am using them. Do you know what plants are easier to start from seed? What your soil’s Ph should be especially if you have blueberries. She makes gardening FUN and healthy.

Well Jane and I continued our journey and stopped at the Sisters farmhouse. It was here I saw sustainability in action. There were lots of chickens for which their eggs were offered to the locals. Happy chickens I may add. The two cows, Mom and baby have the run of the farm. They are the sister’s lawn movers. Dad had to go back home.

All in all it was a very special day. Brought home signed books, special plants, and great memories. Next month we will report on our next adventures. Thank you Jane. It would not have been near as fun without you.

Andrea Garvey is going to share her work with Sound Healing this month. Sound Healing is an  experience like no other. Feeling the healing vibration of the crystal bowls, and Andrea’s angelic voice. Truly a transformative experience; very meditative and calming. Lucky us she is coming on June 6th.

Continuing on we have Margot Marlin of L2L4 speaking on many different  health approaches to help control and sooth pain of cancer treatments. Breast Cancer Yoga will have a new pose of the month for everyone to try. Lots and lots more but I need to stop being carried away with myself in all this sharing. Read for yourself and let us know what you think.

Peace. Diana
