Vanilla Ginger REBS


No-Bake Raw Energy Bites aka Rochelle’s Energy Balls “REBS”

Far healthier than almost any energy bar that you can buy in a store, these energy balls are full of vitamins, minerals, and natural compounds that are perfect for providing a quick boost of energy.

Vanilla & Ginger REBs

1 1/2 cups of walnuts

3/4 cup dates

1/4 cup candied ginger

1 tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 tbsp. Vanilla extract

1 tbsp. grated ginger

1/4 pink salt

Place all the ingredients together and blend in a Cuisinart. Remove and roll into bite size balls.

All ingredients can be organic.  Great pick me up.
