No-Bake Raw Energy Bites aka Rochelle’s Energy Balls “REBS”

Far healthier than almost any energy bar that you can buy in a store, these energy balls are full of vitamins, minerals, and natural compounds that are perfect for providing a quick boost of energy.
1 1/2 cups of walnuts
3/4 cup dates
1/4 cup candied ginger
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1/4 pink salt
Place all the ingredients together and blend in a Cuisinart. Remove and roll into bite size balls.
All ingredients can be organic. Great pick me up.

This particular flavor or brand is amazing. The salt and ginger seem to pop into your mouth. And they are so easy to make. Rochelle and I have tea sometimes and make our REBS. Love it.
